Sports Capital Programme 2012.

The 2012 sports capital programme helps to develop sports and physical recreation facilities in Ireland.

It has 3 main objectives:

1. Assisting voluntary organisations and in certain cases Schools & VEC’s to develop facilities and equipment in sport & physical recreation

2. Providing sports facilities for disadvantaged areas.

3. Encourage community organisations, clubs and national governing bodies of sport to use multi-purpose sports facilities.

Application closing dates:

The 2012 sports capital applications will close @ 5pm on the 11th May (paper based applications) and @ 5pm (online & Irish language applications) June 1st. Applications should be sent to:
