Only ‘individuals’ as opposed to groups or compaines will be considered for the competition. 3 Fitness Functions employees & relatives may not enter. 4. Entrants must have valid email address 5Voucher is not transferable & may not be redeemed for cash. 6. Voucher must be used within 1 month of award 7. No discounts / special rates may be used in conjunction with a voucher. 8 Voucher is inclusive of vat @ 21%. 9 Contact details may be retained by Fitness Functions. 10 Where winners do not claim / use their voucher within the life of the voucher the winner will automatically forfeit the voucher. 11 Should the voucher be redeemed against an item that is out of stock or no longer available fitness functions reserve the right not to accept order. a. If this should be the case we will notify that customer and advise the voucher should be redeemed against another item. 12 Fitness Functions will not be liable for published pricing errors and/or omissions or errors product descriptions. 13 The customer will be responsible for the return of goods ordered in error at his / her full cost a. If an item should be returned to Fitness Functions the customer will be responsible for carriage costs on the subsequent orders at the standard vat @ 21%. 14 Fraudulent, illegible or incorrect entries will not be accepted. 15.
